The Education & Workforce Development Committee is dedicated to enhancing the quality and visibility of education throughout the West Valley—from early childhood through post-secondary and career training programs. This committee plays a pivotal role in fostering alignment between educators, businesses, government agencies, and the broader community to ensure the region is cultivating a future-ready workforce.
Through data-driven strategies and meaningful partnerships, members work to elevate educational outcomes and talent pipelines that directly support key industries across the West Valley. The committee also maintains a comprehensive Education Asset Inventory to map out resources and opportunities that contribute to a thriving learning and employment ecosystem.
