This committee serves as a collaborative hub for healthcare leaders, business partners, and policymakers, addressing industry challenges such as workforce shortages through dynamic roundtables, career expos, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
With a sharp focus on identifying healthcare gaps and advancing regional solutions, the committee plays a pivotal role in shaping infrastructure and capacity. Its efforts are also instrumental in positioning the West Valley as a hub for healthcare-related research, development, and investment.

- Conducting a comprehensive regional healthcare gap analysis to inform community planning and resource alignment
- Designing effective physician recruitment strategies to support quality care and population growth
- Driving R&D attraction and investment to elevate the West Valley’s reputation as a center for healthcare innovation
